In my opinion, meditation is the greatest thing we can do - it is the act of "listening" for answers to our prayers. It creates an open conduit with heaven and miracles evolve. It is a necessary activity for our complete spiritual attainment. In contrast, remember that worrying is praying for what you don't want... Meditation can solve that.
Find my new meditation this year under the MEDITATION tab above. It is more of a "frequency activation" which raises your vibration and frequencies through beautiful, stimulating sounds. It is not a guided meditation, but a few brief instructions are given. The Merkaba is included to build our light body (the merkaba is the "wheels of light" that Elijah exhibited). I've added two powerful breath work exercises also. I whole-heartedly encourage you to try it, at least once. If you will try sincerely to the end (adapt as best as you can to parts you don't understand) magic and renewal will result! Anything we can do to maximize our spiritual receptors are certainly worth the time and effort to give it a try... :) :) Please! :) :)

I usually don't share a lot that is really personal about myself on this website. But, I'm afraid Hilary Rosen, a Democratic consultant who suggested that Ann Romney isn't qualified to
discuss the economy because she "hasn't worked a day in her life" has even made me want to speak out. Rosen was trying to denigrate Ann Romney because they are wealthy. I was married to an attorney who was very busy doing many things outside of the home and was viewed by some as being wealthy in those days because he practiced law. Because of this I recoil even more. In my eyes it makes her plight even more valiant because she is married to a busy, successful man. Had she not been married to a wealthy, politically active man she probably would have had a lot more help from him at home and a lot less work to do in successfully raising a large family.
When my children were in their critical, formative years, I fought with everything I had to not leave them and to stay home with them so that I could rear them to be incredible souls. So that I could be a "Stay-at-home Mother", I frequently spent 16 hours a day working on art pieces that I created within the walls of my home so that I could be there with my children. I was also the neighborhood piano teacher, I gardened, made my children's clothing from scratch and upholstered my own furniture while putting a man through ten years of schooling. I'm sorry, Hilary Rosen, but I'm afraid you misspoke to the extent that many women from many arenas will want to defend this valiant mother - regardless of their financial or political circumstances. It was a sad choice of words on Rosen's part.

Something that seems to be "up" since the first of the year.
It seems that everywhere I turn people are talking about improving their food choices. Many are getting the urge to try eating a raw food diet. I am one of them and am barely beginning. We need to bless our bodies with "LIFE" if we want to be fully responsive to Spirit. I'll add my favorite recipes as I find them. I'll start with a wonderful one that requires no special equipment or strange ingredients. It's completely raw and DELICIOUS!
APPLE GRANOLA
A dehydrator-free raw vegan granola using soaked almonds, golden raisins, goji berries (I didn't have these and it was still very yummy) and sun dried coconut flakes (I just used regular coconut)! Very easy to pull this together in the morning, just make sure to soak your nuts and seeds (I also was missing the sunflower seeds - but it was still delicious!) the night before.
Ingredients: 1 small apple, cored and chopped, 1/2 cup almonds (soaked and dried), 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup coconut flakes ,1/4 cup goji berries (if you have them), 1/4 cup (golden) raisins (black tasted yummy to me), 1/8 tsp cinnamon, Pinch Himalayan salt Handful blueberries (which I did not have) to garnish
Methods/steps:
1) Soak almonds overnight (8 hours), rinse and drain.
2) Spread out the almonds on a paper towel for about 1 hour to dry out.
3) Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to incorporate.
4) Garnish with blueberries and serve with almond mylk ♥

On Monday's show (Aug. 22nd on Coast to Coast), intuitive researcher and filmmaker David Wilcock talked about his vision for humanity, changes occurring around 2012, and his concept of the 'source field.' This field represents the source for space, the flow of time, physical matter at the quantum level, as well as for consciousness, he said. We're actually moving into a new energy zone in the galaxy that elevates consciousness and makes us more loving people, he said, noting that studies have shown that the violent crime rate has gone down.
Wilcock suggested that we're headed into 'end times'--not in the sense of the world ending, but rather that time as we know it will end, or change its flow. He reached this conclusion from studying Zoroastrian scripture, which reportedly goes back to the time of Atlantis, and first proposed that time will end. And now, current physics models indicate we can change the rate of time with our own consciousness, he continued, adding that when there's a solar burst of energy, it slightly changes the flow of time. I'm afraid my little garden turned into a mini-farm - it required a LOT of effort and expense to keep the critters out and protect from the unusual winds of late, but the rewards are already coming.

PLEASE figure out how to garden and gather ALL of your supplies now - even though the normal time for starting a garden is past. It was a LOT of work and a LOT of expense and already, even now under relatively normal circumstances. The rush on garden supplies was unbelievable in southwest Colorado. The Walmart employee could NOT believe that he could not keep a product called "Wall of Water" in. He said I barely ordered 600 boxes and they are already completely gone in just a few days. I could not find any to purchase anywhere. People had to replant their gardens 2 to 3 times in southeast Utah because of increased winds and unusual temperatures. START right now to figure it out and assemble your supplies for next year. :)

This video clip is very short, but the message is huge! This 51% theory, is mentioned above, in the movie, "I Am." I would highly recommend that you see it. If you live somewhere remote, like I do, then research it and see if you can at least view parts of it. There is a part where it states that studies have shown that in the animal kingdom, when 51% of a herd turns their attention toward a certain focus, then the rest of the herd automatically kicks in and then the whole herd immediately moves together toward that water hole, or whatever it is they are needing. My new understanding is that when we as a human family AND other life on the earth reach that 51`%, then the ascension will immediately occur - this is part of the reason why no one can tell you the time that it will happen. It's like a force of nature that will immediately occur once we hit that 51% mark. I found this to be a fascinating concept.

So now we know some more of the possibilities - what do we do about it? We MUST stay in prayer and peace and stay OUT of FEAR. Almost every single powerful, beautiful message says to stay out of fear.

How does fear express itself? What are we to do do? How do we stay out of it? People have asked, "How do you stay out of fear when you say we should get out of the city and when you say we should prepare because we may not be able to function in our normal ways?"
Fear blocks the light - there isn't room for both fear and light. We are either in fear or faith which moves us toward the light. Faith is the greatest of all principles. How does fear express? If we really dig deep we can see that most all negative emotion has fear at its base. The negativity arises because we are afraid. Fear can also freeze us in our tracks so that we don't move at all, certainly not forward. Fear is what keeps people from trying new things, growing, achieving, etc.
Solutions to overcoming fear/phobias - sometimes it is about healing past wounds and discomforts, understanding that we don't need to be afraid of certain things anymore. I highly recommend Neuro-Linguistic Programming (this is my work - it's what the c.m.p. behind my name stands for) with someone who is a qualified practitioner and someone you trust! It helps you to go back and revisit traumatic situations and look at it from another perspective. Often awareness is all that is required to heal instantly. It is a VERY powerful healing method.
Know that others may not want you to step out and grow; they may try to hold you back and keep you in a state of fear. Then, it is all about personal mastery…. LISTEN to your heart and stay in love and compassion – it is your guide and your compass. It will talk to you in the still small voice – DO as it asks and see the results, then you will learn to know that voice well. Then, your dreams will kick in and then, other marvelous spiritual gifts that you have every right to. You are, indeed a child of the divine.
This process of eliminating fear or masterfully putting it in its proper place when it arises is a process. Do not get discouraged when the fear starts the monkey mind chatting in your head. Know that gradually, as you replace those thoughts with powerful knowing that all is well, that you are exactly in the right place at the right time, then there won't be room for them in your mind or in your life focus. You will be too busy being grateful that you were guided to the information that can help you the most. You will be too busy loving and helping others along the way.
Knowing right now that messages are coming in strong and that there is a great deal of guidance, help and love coming our way should eliminate some fear. Aren't we blessed to be right here, right now, and tuned in to the Spirit that lovingly guides us and protects us? We do have a lot of help, both from this side of the veil and from the other side also. What is critical? Number one is that we take care of our hearts - strive every single day to be more loving and compassionate. That is truly what it is all about. Doing our best to help others will move us in the right direction. Staying in our best state possible by praying or sending our thoughts up sincerely. Learning to listen for that voice that says do this or that and distinguish the Spirit from the "monkey mind" or otherwise called that worrisome little voice that chats inside of our head. If some of this is absolutely Greek to you, say so - ask the question - the answers will come surely as night follows day - but we DO have to ask and move in that direction.
So many spiritual principles are really all about laws of physics. To clear out one thing you have to put another in. When you create a void saying, I'm not going to think that fearful thought anymore, then it's important to replace it with positive thoughts like, "I know that I'm moving in the right direction, I'm a good person and doing better every day. I will feel what the right thing to do is at the right time. I'm going to be 100% ready and 100% prepared to walk right into the light in joy." Exactly what we think will be! We are moving into instant manifestation soon and we must start now saying exactly the positive thing(s) that we wish to happen.

Do not focus on the suffering and misery within the illusion, but focus instead on the knowledge that the illusion is to end and will be replaced by the exquisite delight of existence in the Light of God’s eternal day, where anything other than that is impossible. This of course does not mean that you do not see the suffering that the illusion causes, because while you remain within it that would be impossible.
Be aware of it, help to ease it where you can by compassion, kindness, and generosity, but focus joyfully on the knowledge that it is a nightmare whose end is approaching, and when that happens the misery and suffering that it contained will be gone, having truly never existed, because nothing that is not of God could ever exist. There will be no traumatic memories, only everlasting wonder in the perfection of God’s divine Reality.

It will talk to you in the still small voice – DO as it asks and see the results, then you will learn to know that voice well. Then, your dreams will kick in and then, other marvelous spiritual gifts that you have every right to. You are, indeed a child of the divine.
This process of eliminating fear or masterfully putting it in its proper place when it arises is a process. Do not get discouraged when the fear starts the monkey mind chatting in your head. Know that gradually, as you replace those thoughts with powerful knowing that all is well, that you are exactly in the right place at the right time, then there won't be room for them in your mind or in your life focus. You will be too busy being grateful that you were guided to the information that can help you the most. You will be too busy loving and helping others along the way.
Knowing right now that messages are coming in strong and that there is a great deal of guidance, help and love coming our way should eliminate some fear. Aren't we blessed to be right here, right now, and tuned in to the Spirit that lovingly guides us and protects us? We do have a lot of help, both from this side of the veil and from the other side also. What is critical? Number one is that we take care of our hearts - strive every single day to be more loving and compassionate. That is truly what it is all about. Doing our best to help others will move us in the right direction. Staying in our best state possible by praying or sending our thoughts up sincerely. Learning to listen for that voice that says do this or that and distinguish the Spirit from the "monkey mind" or otherwise called that worrisome little voice that chats inside of our head. If some of this is absolutely Greek to you, say so - ask the question - the answers will come surely as night follows day - but we DO have to ask and move in that direction.
So many spiritual principles are really all about laws of physics. To clear out one thing you have to put another in. When you create a void saying, I'm not going to think that fearful thought anymore, then it's important to replace it with positive thoughts like, "I know that I'm moving in the right direction, I'm a good person and doing better every day. I will feel what the right thing to do is at the right time. I'm going to be 100% ready and 100% prepared to walk right into the light in joy." Exactly what we think will be! We are moving into instant manifestation soon and we must start now saying exactly the positive thing(s) that we wish to happen.

Do not focus on the suffering and misery within the illusion, but focus instead on the knowledge that the illusion is to end and will be replaced by the exquisite delight of existence in the Light of God’s eternal day, where anything other than that is impossible. This of course does not mean that you do not see the suffering that the illusion causes, because while you remain within it that would be impossible.
Be aware of it, help to ease it where you can by compassion, kindness, and generosity, but focus joyfully on the knowledge that it is a nightmare whose end is approaching, and when that happens the misery and suffering that it contained will be gone, having truly never existed, because nothing that is not of God could ever exist. There will be no traumatic memories, only everlasting wonder in the perfection of God’s divine Reality.

We are the Ground Crew on Mother Earth to establish the foundation for those ones whoare coming behind us, that will work magnificent miracles for humanity and Mother Earth. In any time of great persecution, one of the first things that a powerful dark controller will do is discourage people from looking directly at the sun. A dark controller does this because people are not only healed by looking directly at the sun, they also are enlightened and enabled to communicate directly with THE ONE BEING, THE OMNIPOTENT, OMNIPRESENT, OMNISCIENT INTELLIGENCE AND LIGHT. Even though this connection with THE ONE BEING can also be done by going within to communicate in meditation, using the parasympathetic nervous system, it is also done by looking at the sun, using the sympathetic nervous system. In the time of the Aztecs, it was a capital offense for anyone other than the king or high priest to look directly at the sun. In our time grave warnings are put out about damage to the eyes from looking at the sun.
Even after many years of looking at the Sun, Michael reports that he still shudders to think that he may be "overdoing it" and is very careful to exercise caution when gazing at the Sun. Up until the present time he has still not been able to completely disregard warnings from those who seemed to have passed along false information [about many aspects of higher consciousness] from one generation to the next.
Still not knowing for sure if there is any truth at all to these long-held cultural beliefs about the sun, Michael routinely exercises several cautions, "just to be sure" that there is no risk of damaging his eyes. It can be likened to a long-term process of putting a toe in the water to test it for a little longer and longer each time. The one idea that does seem plausible is the biblical warning about not being able to look directly at God without dying. Accordingly, Michael does not stare directly at full sun in brightest midday glare of an open cloudless sky. For example, an alternative means of controlling the overwhelmingly bright exposure all at once is by regulating "bite sized morsels", i.e., limited and controlled glimpses. Among several ways of doing this are to not hold a steady gaze, but rather to move the head and eyes in a circle while looking through a "filter". At first you might want to look at sunset or sunrise, or through the leaves of a tree that filters out a lot of the direct glare. Take it easy and follow inner guidance. If you have not been getting direct sunlight into your eyes before, it will be like taking first steps, go slow and take your time. Sunlight is actually good for the eyes and the entire body, stimulating the hypothalamus that is the master gland of the immune system. PRAY WHILE LOOKING AT THE SUN, if you have very important information and requests for CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE OF DIVINE BEING, for yourself, for others, or for any part of Creation. Be sure to remember to spend an equal amount of time after praying to RECEIVE THE RESPONSE into your pineal, pituitary, and hypothalamus glands. Empty yourself of mental and emotional chatter and become open and receptive to taking in information through the rays of the sun. This requires a paradigm shift. It is good to make a triangle with your hands and frame your eyes and third eye. Put the thumbs together, touching each other tip to tip, and touch the pointer and middle fingers of each hand together, forming a triangle. Put the bottom of the triangle, the thumbs, below the bottom of your eyes so that you are looking through the triangle. The peak of the triangle is centered over your third eye. Do this to connect the third eye and the pituitary with currents in the meridians of energy in the body that create a profound bioenergetic feedback loop with the sun. It is important to realize that human beings are the only red blooded mammals on the planet that have whites of the eyes. That is because a Child of Light and Love's eyes both sends and receives light. Light enters the pupil and is emitted from the whites of the eyes around the iris. By looking at the sun, rays of light, carrying informational downloads from INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS, enter the optic nerve through the pupil and go directly to the pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus in the brain. These glands are directly connected to the optic nerve.
The pineal has over 20,000 psychoactive neuropeptides that are 1000 times more potent for altering consciousness than any other substance from any other source. By looking directly at the light of the sun, a person not only downloads direct frequencies into glands that are responsible for consciousness and healing, but also SENDS OUT INFORMATION that returns along pathways on rays of light.
